Where to do it
- Sign in to the account holding the subscription. It must be the same account that paid.
- Open your account or profile settings and find the subscription or billing section.
- Choose to cancel the renewal, then follow the confirmation through to the end. A flow that offers you a discount instead has not canceled anything yet.
- Check for the confirmation email and keep it. If it does not arrive, the cancellation probably did not complete.
Interfaces move. If the labels differ from these, look for “subscription”, “billing” or “plan” in your account settings; that is where it lives on every version we have seen.
What happens to your access
Canceling stops the next charge, it does not end the period you already paid for. You keep Premium until the term runs out, then the catalog goes back behind the lock. Since nothing downloads, there is nothing to keep afterwards, so there is no reason to cancel early and every reason to cancel as soon as you know you are done.
Their own checkout states that plans renew automatically for the same price and term. On the annual plan that means a full year charged again in one payment, which is the scenario worth setting a reminder for.
